HTHU curriculum is written and taught by top professionals in the field. Specific criteria have been set for the measurement by which the authors and instructors are chosen. They must be deemed an expert in their field as well as possess interpersonal skills, have effective listening skills, be confident and well organized.

All of HTHU's instructors are screened both in the classroom and evaluated online before they can qualify for writing and/or teaching for HTHU.
