school of HEALTH INFORMATION
TECHNOLOGY

HTHU's School of Health Information Technology is a product of heavy requests from our current HTHU subscribers. Adopting and utilizing an EHR along with broadband and the internet will demand training for new and current hospital employees. We are offering this education for FREE for rural and CAH hospitals in Georgia on the GA-HITREC Online Training Center as well as rural physician offices on the TeleConnect Georgia for Better Health Online Training Center. Email kristythomson@windstream.net if you qualify!

Along with many other brilliant courses from the GA-HITREC and other HomeTown Health business partners, the HTHU School of HIT Instructor, Walt Dundore, is creating several series of courses based on the Component Blueprints from the Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology.
